Operational since 2019, Timber Kit’s history goes deeper, tracing back to a family enterprise dating back to 2002. Our team, seasoned with over a decade of experience, carries forward this legacy of skillfully working with log and frame houses.

SIA Timber Kit, the Latvian firm, has its factory in Latvia, and delivers projects all over European Union, while AS Timber Kit, the Norwegian entity, is fully operational in Norway, being accountable for the quality, fair working conditions, and a sustainable use of materials.

Factory information
Our state-of-the-art factory, located in Balvi, Latvia, is spread across a sprawling area of 2,000 m2. With advanced machinery and technology at our disposal, we are equipped to produce a diverse range of wooden constructions with meticulous precision and efficiency. From crafting cozy modular homes to constructing spacious 300 m2 log cabins, and even contributing to extensive residential complexes, our production capabilities know no bounds. Annually, we have the capacity to produce over 9000 m2 of wooden constructions, and we’re constantly looking to push this envelope further, paving the way for greater growth and expansion.

We source our materials from trusted suppliers in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and across Europe. These partnerships ensure we maintain our high standards of quality and durability in every construction.

Our primary markets are Norway and Sweden, but our reputation for delivering excellence resonates globally. We serve real estate developers and building companies, delivering everything from construction production drawings to full interior and exterior wooden finishing.
